Amber Love necklaces are made from Baltic amber which is a natural tree resin that has fossilized for many centuries. Amber has long been used throughout many European countries in folk medicine for numerous ailments and may assist in soothing red inflamed cheeks and gums, often associated with teething. When the necklace or bracelet is worn, the person’s body heat warms up the amber beads and aids in the release of succinic acid, a natural analgesic found in the resin. This acid may help reduce pain and inflammation and may also help improve a body’s immune system and induce calm.
Wanting to bring as much love, laughter and learning into the world through healthy, sustainable choices and good old-fashioned fun, Natural Living Foster (our physical store) and Billie & Roo were born. So what started off as a small kinesiology practice with a few healthy living products and a passion to protect our beautiful planet, soon became so much more.
