These two designs (in 3 varying resistances) are a fav with those that can't sit still and/or have BIG feelings and need tools to help regulate. We find often those with ADHD too respond really well to stretch resistance. The texture on the grips is awesome and can also be 'picked' at.  

The kit comes with 3 colours - each colour set is a differnet strength.
